Reservation Policy:

General Policies: "Right To Admission Reserved”

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
  • Each guest has to carry a valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
  • The Guest has to carry a copy of the booking voucher at the time of check-in.
  • All children above 6 years are chargeable.
  • Any suspicious individual who fails to provide necessary documents for check-in, will be denied entry.
  • Check-In at 2:00 PM.
  • Check-Out at 11 AM.

Cancellation Process:

  • For Cancellation, the guest needs to send a mail to hotel email id attaching the booking vouchers. Bookings done from Online Travel Portals or Travel Agents need to be cancelled from respective travel portals or agencies.
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of days from the date of check-in.
  • THE REFUND AMOUNT IF-ANY WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS.
  • ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY TRANSACTION CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN CASE OF CANCELLATION. The refund will be processed in the bank accounts stated in your email only through the cheque
  • Any cancellation or no show will not be allowed fee waiver on the day of check-in.
  • No Show - No Refund

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 98% amount would be refunded.
  • Cancellation of booking done more than 07 days prior to date of check-in, 50 % amount would be refunded.
  • Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in, no refund.

Amendment Policy:

  • Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
  • Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
