"Great stay for family"Location is good and very near to Ganga ghat. Room booking was a confusion when we arrived at the reception due to some software change they were undergoing but was sorted out swiftly. Room size, cleanliness was excellent.

"very good hotel near river Ganga."good location near the river Ganga very clean. My Executive Family Room was upgraded. was really nice with huge windows & amazing views. staff not very experienced but always ready and eager to help. Service was exceptional. all requests met with smile and promptly acted upon.
